When we found ourselves unexpectedly needing to re-home our beloved pet, GunDogz rescue was an answer to prayer for our family. I had been searching for a new home for months, but nothing felt right. Our German Wirehaired Pointer, Cash, is a high energy dog that needed someone who understood his needs. I submitted an inquiry to GunDogz and Pat was prompt in returning my call when I was out of options. Pat spent hours on the phone with me the days leading up to our dog’s pickup. He was accommodating and understanding of our difficult situation. He drove a whole day to come get Cash and treated him with care and respect. Pat has kept his promise of updating our family of our boy’s progress which has helped in the healing process.
