The process begins when you complete and submit the Adoption Interest Form. Please fill the form out completely; the more information we have about your household and hunting goals the better we can match you with a dog. Before taking your new companion home, we will complete the Adoption Contract.
Donation Form
We ask that you consider supporting our cause. Funds from the campaign will be used to expand and enhance our existing programs. We rely on the support of generous donors such as you. Your donation will help ensure the success of our future.
Owner Surrender Form
We understand that sometimes pet owners believe they cannot keep their pet. When you surrender a pet to any person, organization or shelter, the transition can be a difficult and stressful situation for you and even the most well-adjusted animal. If support and care of a companion animal is desired, we can help.
Volunteer Recruitment
Volunteers help save the lives of thousands of animals each year by assisting in animal transport, direct care, fundraising, community outreach and fostering animals in their home. If you are 18 years of age or older and have previous experience handling gun/hunting dog breeds we look forward to hearing from you.
